The boards are manufactured in panels, to reduce handling overheads.
Note the alternating board orientation (bottom side, top side etc from left to right). The panel is identical when viewed from either side. This reduces tooling costs and placement machine setting-up time, a significant consideration when manufacturing quantities are low to moderate.
